“Clean rooms within nature, great staff. ”

“The room was very clean, the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Especially Berna and Rosy. They were wonderful, Berna even went out of his way to get us a fresh coconut. We were treated like family and I want to make sure they get recognized. This is coming from a person that really doesn't like writing reviews. They really deserve recognition and praise! ”

Al contactarme con Hotels.com para conentarle el caso me indican que no se pudieron contactar con el establecimiento por lo que no me podian hacer un reembolso. “We stayed at the Jungle Lodge Hotel because of its main selling point: it sits at the entrance to the Tikal national park site. The convenience and accessibility of the site from the hotel can't be understated. It does mean that your options for eating other than in the hotel restaurant are pretty limited, but it didn't matter because the resto is well run and offers a wide array of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are safari-chic and compare favorably with many of the safari……

“Staff was very friendly. Benjamin the waiter was very accommodating. Really close to Tikal national park entrance. Con: no outlets to charge your phone. There was one usb outlet but it wouldn’t charge my phone. Pool area is very nice and at sundown you can see the wild life such as monkeys on the trees. ”

“I spent three nights and everything was fine. The place is clean and all the staff members I interacted with were very nice. The bedroom I had had a window to an indoor area but not to any exterior. I did not spend too much time in there so that was fine with me. If you are a light sleeper, you may have trouble as there is some noise and music at night from next door patios (restaurants, etc.). It is easy to walk to Isla de las Flores crossing the bridge and the new bus station is 7minutes away……
